1 bedroom available in lovely 2 bed house in Bath

Hi all! I’ve got a bedroom available in May in a two bed house in Lower Weston. The house is two story, tons of storage space, beautiful garden and close to several bus lines. It is also very close to Oldfield Park train station and RUH hospital. The room is partially furnished but the rest of the house is covered so all you may need is a desk and various other room furniture pieces. There is a double bed that I think my current housemate would like to sell.
Bills are about £150 but increase slightly in winter.

You’d be sharing the house with me, Rachel, and my pup Guillermo who is a 3 year old sausage dog and total sweetheart. Im a researcher at the University of Bath and do a mix of work from home and office time throughout the week.
