I am moving out as my flatmate relocated to Brighton and I’m moving out to move to my relative’s place. The house is lovely with quiet bedrooms at night.

I am looking for someone to replace me for the next annual joint tenancy contract from the 6th of June 2024 till June 2025 . This joint tenancy will be with Jenny, 24, who is looking for someone who is tidy and clean, full time professional and respectful. We would prefer someone who is a non-smoker and female.

Rent is £803 (zero deposit scheme) per month and the bills will be approximately 150-170£ per month (electricity, water, council tax band C, wifi, content insurance).
