We have a furnished spare double loft room and ensuite to let this summer in our family home with 2 school children which would suit a quiet non-smoking student/post grad or professional who is in Bath looking for a short term let over the summer.
The room is furnished includes a desk and has a brand new adjoining shower room.
The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by many amenities including a coop, Tesco, deli, pubs, park etc.
There is on street parking or we can store a bicycle.
Use of other facilities in the house including fridge, laundry, washing line, etc.
We have high speed wifi and the room has a tv/ DVD player.
We have a cat.
It is easy to walk to the centre of Bath in 10 minutes, we are near many bus stops which go to both universities.
