I have a single room to let with en suite shower room and WC with washbasin. The room is fully furnished with single bed. Ideal for student short lets of any length within this time frame also for student long-term lets.

The two rooms have their own entrance from the rest of my house. You will share my kitchen, utility room and garden. There is WiFi and broadband. Utility bills are included in the rent. You will have your own fridge.
The house is in popular Oldfield Park and 100 yards from Moorland Road, the well known shopping area which includes Sainsbury's. There are frequent buses into town and to the university from the bottom of the road. Oldfield Park railway station is also within 10 minutes walk.
