I am a live-in landlady; here with my 17 year old daughter and 2 Bengal cats. This is a 'lodger type tenancy' offered, as opposed to a 'house-share'.

I work mostly from home as a holistic therapist in a designated therapy room.
The bathroom is next to the bedroom and shared by my daughter only.
