The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, sets of drawers and a triple wardrobe, and there is plenty of storage space. The house is quiet and peaceful so is perfect for students who need to study. There is currently one postgraduate student and 2 professionals living in the house all females.

The resident landlord is easy going and very friendly, with her own private annex in the house.
