Furnished double bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, drawers and TV) in very clean and comfortable home. 20 minutes walk from the city centre, easy parking and a bus stop to town right outside the house. Countryside to the rear. There’s a garage suitable for bikes and a large undercroft for storage. There’s a balcony area and a large garden.
There are two separate eating/living areas, so plenty of room for ‘own space’. There’s a large bathroom and extra downstairs loo. The house is well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, cooking equipment and utensils. Cleaning and basic hygiene products are provided. The shared areas are cleaned frequently. Towels provided and laundered if required.
Full use of house and garden with fabulous views in a friendly neighbourhood. Local village Larkhall is a 5 minute walk, with cafe, deli, restaurants, hair salon and theatre.
This is suitable for professional working persons only, who will respect the cleanliness and hygiene around the house. Must like dogs as mini dog stays here part time!
