Large room available in Fairfield Park

It’s a large sunny room at the front of the house that faces south east. It has a single bed and there are two built in wardrobes, so plenty of storage. There’s also some chest of drawers, a desk and an armchair in the room. Perfect set up if you are studying. The bathroom is shared with one other person who is away at uni for most of the time.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has beautiful views of the countryside from the back. It’s a large house with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. There is a large kitchen/dining room with most mod-cons and a washing machine. There is unlimited Wi-fi.

It’s about 20mins walk in to town and there’s also a regular bus service. There are local shops and pub nearby.

We both work from home and have a son who is at university most of the time. We also have a cat.
