This is a bright and beautiful house. Garden and patio at the back - ideal for BBQ's come rain or shine.

Our house is a three bed semi at the bottom of Southdown and top of Oldfield Park. We're situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac no more than a ten minute walk or two minute drive from Moorland Road. The Two Tunnels and Bath to Bristol cycle ways are both easily accessible, as is Oldfield Park station (10 mins walk, city centre 20-25mins walk)

The room available is a large double bedroom. Bright and spacious. You'll share the upstairs bathroom pictured with one other tenant.

Kitchen and lounge are communal and we are looking for someone that would make this their home. We are a friendly bunch and often cook together or go to the pub for a pint.

We have a great landlord who only requires £20 to cover a standard credit check, a deposit of a month's rent and the first month's rent in advance and NO FEES!

The house was furbished throughout relatively recently including a modern bathroom with rainfall shower and comfortable L shaped bathtub. The house is furnished by us (not including the bedroom) but any incoming tenant is welcome to bring their own furniture/appliances etc should they wish or need to. We have plenty of private parking space outside, and storage space in the box room and loft, as well as a new garden shed for bike etc. The living room is large with lounge and dining space, as is the garden with a new porch and patio area, bbq, water butt, composter and plenty of bedding space for growing veg/plants.

The household is laid back and easy to get on with, clean, friendly and respectful. Both Dave and myself work. I am from Iceland however Dave has grown up in Bath. We both enjoy music, the odd spontaneous film night or series binge, quiet pints in various locals during the week, Sunday bike rides, country walks, BBQs in the garden.

Bills: Approx £110 pcm each, covering Council Tax, Gas/Electricity, Water, 200mb Fibre Broadband and TV License.
