I am a live-in landlord looking for a like-minded, clean & tidy professional to share 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage with all mod cons and top of the range fixtures and fittings.

Cosy open plan living-room, kitchen diner with wood-burning stove and separate fully fitted utility/drying room. If you enjoy cooking, you will be in kitchen heaven with top of the range multi-function fan, steam and microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, boiling water tap and fitted coffee machine.

Double bedroom with ottoman storage bed and large fitted wardrobe. Perfect bathroom with rainfall shower as well as bath, boasting its own TV! My bedroom has its own en-suite.

The traditional Bath stone-built cottage is situated on a lane with friendly neighbours in the village of Bathford. The village has a well-stocked store/delicatessen and café with a couple of pubs and country walks in easy reach. Bathford is on 2 bus routes, 20 minutes to Bath centre and offers quick access out by car to all points north, south and east, and free on street parking.

I leave for work early morning, work late one evening and the occasional Saturday so am looking for a lodger who likes a quiet life and regular hours during the week with a bit of chat in the evening. I am very sociable and enjoy company so would be happy to share some cooking and socialise at weekends. However, I am also a keen sportsman and spend quite a bit of time on the golf course, cricket field or tennis court depending on the weather!
