Friendly Housemate Wanted for houseshare - Bedmo

Friendly, sociable housemate wanted for a great houseshare in Southville. Two of our current lovely housemates are moving to London for new job opportunities and so are sadly leaving.
So we're searching for two friendly, easy going and sociable new housemates to join us in our houseshare.
Room avaliable from the 15thof September.

The house itself is in a great location 2 mins around the corner from North Street/Tobacco Factory and Aldi. 20mins from the city centre and 25-30 mins from Temple Meads.

The room is a large double on the second floor that comes furnished. We have a lovely sun trap garden on the back, cosy shared living room and well equipped kitchen. There's also a spare room for guests to use. We split the bills equally which work out about £90ish a month, this covers water, gas, electricity and council tax.

We are currently 1 girl and 1 guy with our two current housemates leaving, and are looking for males or females to join us.
We are aged between 24-28, and are very easy going, friendly and sociable and love spending time together and hanging out as we're all a part of each others friendship circles.
We all lead pretty busy lives and do have our own things going on (as all of us do), but we try to hangout when we can or make sure we catch up, going for food, to the pub, having wine and music nights or just chilling out etc, and so are looking for someone who can get onboard with the above :)
We enjoy normal young people things, music, trips to the pub, films, eating out, gaming, festivals and general Bristol based shenanigans.
Looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and easy going, and who wants to treat their new place like a home to live in with friends :)
