We have a three-bedroom house in Bedminster, 20m away from North Street, with one good sized double room available.
The house comprises kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine etc), living area off the kitchen, and bathroom (with shower and bath). There's also a garden/patio area outside, which is ideal for BBQs and enjoying the sunshine during the summer months.

Rent is £380pcm including council tax. Gas, electricity &water average £30-£40 per month & Internet just over £10 a month.

House is in an ideal location, close to Asda, Aldi, and Lidl as well as lots of pubs and easily walkable to Temple Meads train station and city centre (20-30mins). There’s also very good bus links if you want to be there in 10 minutes. There is non-permit parking on our street.

We are currently two girls. We are a sociable and friendly house and it’s a must that our new housemate gets involved and is open to doing activities as a house :) We have a good sense of humour too :)

Enjoy the usual stuff; keeping fit (including, netball, running and gyming), socialising with friends, cups of tea/cider, comedy, films & books, frequenting the pub.

We're looking for a sociable young professional of a similar age, who enjoys a catch up in the evenings (maybe over some wine) and a bit of TV, but equally someone who also likes their own space. We're hoping to find someone who wants to make new friends and not just find a room in a house.

The room comes unfurnished.

The room is avalible from July 1st.
