Large Double Unfurnished Bedroom, Bedminster

Our housemate is leaving us to move in with his girlfriend and we are looking for a third person to join us 😊

We are looking for someone easy going, clean and considerate to join our home. Due to the current situation, we are hoping to find someone who is responsible and respectful of guidelines to help keep it a safe space we can all call home. Orla is WFH full time but works in her bedroom and Liv works at a vet practice so is out of the house most days. As many people are working from home at the moment, we would like someone mindful of keeping communal areas spaces we can all enjoy relaxing in without work stresses 😊

The room is very big and bright and comes unfurnished, although the bed can be made available if needed.

The house is bright and easy to keep warm in the winter, there is a gas cooker and washer/dryer and a nice garden with a decking area and shed.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy but equally like it to be relaxed and homely. We would like to find housemate who is friendly but enjoys their own space.

References would be ideal if possible.

It is a 12 month tenancy and bills come to approx £100 per month on top of rent but we can discuss those details at viewings!
