Furnished Double Room With Own Bathroom

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat here on Myrtle Street BS3 1BJ from the start of March, as sadly our current housemate is moving out. The flat is a large two double bedroom flat with one bathroom and an en-suite shower. For rent is a double bedroom with private bathroom and the price includes all bills and council tax.

The flat is perfectly located - about 5 minutes’ walk from the heart of North Street and about 15 minutes’ walk from Harbourside and half an hour from Temple Meads. The flat is on a quiet road off North street, opposite a primary school.

The flat features a large bright shared living room/kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine with dryer included. The flat is on the first floor and has been recently decorated in a modern but homely style. The room is furnished (Bed, Mattress, 2x Bedside Draws, Chest of draws, Desk and Chair plus TV Bracket On Wall) and has built-in wardrobes.

I am looking for an easy-going, tidy and sociable professional or postgraduate student who is independent yet up for an occasional drink/chat/movie etc…

A bit about me, I am 28 years old working in Marketing in Bristol and am laid back but tidy, respectful and like a nice home. I am currently working from home in the living room but once my girlfriend departs will be moving my desk into the bedroom. My girlfriend is currently staying with me but will be departing to Sierra Leone for 6 months from the end of March for work.

I am ideally looking for someone to take the room for a minimum of 6 months. Deposit is one month’s rent in advance with a months’ notice. Price is based on an individual occupying the room.
