Bills included - Council Tax, Water, TV license, Virgin Media.
Energy bills / Gas and Electricity not included. Shared between the household. Approx £50-25 per person a month depending on the season and usage.

The rooms have comfortable beds, shelves, a desk and wardrobes with built in shelves.

The house is quite spacious, bedrooms with good views of the garden, 3 storeys, a large room for rent downstairs, strong Wifi.

There are 2 bathrooms with baths and showers. A cellar with a washing machine and separate dryer.

There is a vintage style kitchen/diner with a parlour, 2 fridges and a dishwasher and a large garden, terrace, and a fire pit/barbeque for outside socialising, herbs for cooking and fruit trees.

The house has fire alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher.

The house is situated on an attractive street on Windmill Hill, near to Victoria Park, Bedminster train station and North Street.

The parking is free. There is no inside bike storage but it is possible to lock up to the railings or in the basement.

The City Centre, the vibrant Wapping Wharf and Harbourside, The Arnolfini and Spike Island Art Galleries and Old Vic Theatre and Bristol Beacon are in walking distance 25 mins.

Good transport links. Bedminster and Temple Mead Train Stations are close., a frequent bus service. Also Bristol Airport is a bus ride away.

Ashton Court and the Avon Gorge are near for beautiful nature and wildlife walks.

My house is on the market at the moment with an estate agent so I am looking for 3 month lets. Realistically it could take longer.

There will be a written 3 months rental lodger agreement contract and 1 months notice.

Short monthly or weekly lets also considered if the rooms are available.

Looking for considerate, eco friendly house sharers who don’t mind sharing some regular cleaning and recycling chores. I like to keep the house as clean as possible and steam clean.
