Large unfurnished, double room with walk in wardrobe available in a shared house in Bedminster, for a minimum 6 months.
The house is in a great location very close to North Street. Major supermarkets are within walking distance, less than half an hour walk to the Harbourside and nearby bus stop to take you to the centre or further afield. The house has a driveway with plenty off on street parking. The immediate area around the house is residential, set back from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Downstairs we have plenty of space with an open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge with a huge sofa. We also have a
bathroom, a separate utility room/pantry with washing machine, and a good sized garden which does become a great suntrap in the summer. The rest of the house has been fully furnished by ourselves.

Rent is £500 per month and then approx £115 each for all other bills (including Virgin TV and broadband).

The landlord lives out and will arrange references at his own expense. There are no other fees which need to be paid.

About us!
We are both professionals who enjoy keeping busy in the evenings including several sports, meals out but also enjoy evenings in with board games or watching the latest on Netflix.

We are looking for a professional to move in around mid October, our current housemate is moving into a new build and is awaiting a completion date which he is expecting to have very soon. Once we know this date we can update this ad with a more specific available date.
We would like a housemate who is willing to get involved such as cooking, drinks, games, bike rides etc, and not just a lodger.

We're looking to start taking viewings from 13th September.
