Lovely double room overlooking garden

Room to let with chilled out couple. The room is available on a 6 month contract initially, with the possibility of extending. I work away Monday-Thursday so you'll mostly see Laurence around the house. We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful professional aged 25 - 35.

The room is nice and quiet with views over the garden and is furnished with a bedside table, double bed and a large built in wardrobe.

There is plenty of space to store your bike and free on-road parking available. Easy access to Bristol city centre and train stations (Bedminster and Temple Meads).

- 10 minute drive to Bristol city centre / 25 minute bus journey
- 15 minute walk to Bedminster train station
- 10 minute cycle to Temple Meads train station
- Corner shop just 1 minutes away
- 10 minute walk to Victoria Park

No agency fees, one month's deposit up-front, bills roughly £75 per month.
