Looking for self-contained, tidy lodger to enjoy a furnished single room in our family house. The room has lots of light, a lovely hardwood floor, single bed, desk, lots of storage, and 75Mbps broadband.
Seeking an independent, stable person who wants a safe haven. If you are a late night party animal sorry this room is NOT for you.
You will share use of our very large bathroom and the big, bright kitchen/diner, plus a small garden with decking and views over Bristol with me, my partner and my two teenage boys who are here one week in every two. Plus one friendly cat. You will have a separate entrance to the house. The rest of the house is reserved for our family. So there is a lovely shared area but some of the house is restricted.
20 mins walk to Arnolfini, 25 mins to Temple Meads, 30 mins to UWE Bower Ashton, 10 mins walk to Wapping Wharf, 5 mins ASDA, 5 min walk to North Street. Victoria Park and the City Farm are each a few minutes away.
It is £500 per month, all bills included plus £400 deposit. References required.
