Spare room available in Bedminster!

We’re looking for a new housemate for our 3 bedroom terrace house in Bedminster, Bristol.
You will be sharing with two friendly and sociable girls looking for someone who would fit in with the house.
The room is a large double with two big storage cupboards. The house has a cosy communal living room as well as a small garden.
Unfortunately I am moving out but I have lived here for two years and loved it. The house is in a perfect location just off of north street in bedminster and walking distance from central Bristol. All bills are included and there is free on street parking. We will be holding viewings beginning of July. House available beginning of August.
