Double Room in 2 bed flat - 1 female - 1 year

Double room available in 2 bedroom semi-furnished flat in Bedminster. Just south of the river and only a 15 min walk to Temple Meads, Harbourside and North Street in Southville.

FLATMATE: I am in my 30s and originally from Rome (Italy). I am a professional with the hobby of photography, swing, macrame' and yoga. I love to travel and outdoor activities such as hiking. I am a social person, but I also like my private time. I used to live in Australia, Canada and Netherland for a while and I have moved to Bristol more than two years ago. I like good/healthy food, or to try new recipes. I enjoy to explore new restaurants & coffee shops around as well. Sometimes I organize hygge evenings over a dinner, movie or board games with few friends. I am living in this flat since I've got here and I honestly love it!

IDEAL FLATMATE: I am looking for a professional female flatmate with similar interests would be great. Someone that is clean, tidy, friendly and respectful of the common areas is essential to keep the flat nicely cleaned. I would appreciate someone that likes to chat sometimes and share the flat as a house! Occasionally it's nice to organize like a movie night with few friends, or simply an hygge dinner :)

LOCATION: The location is great, just a short walk into the City Centre and Whapping Wharf. Temple Meads, the main train station, or to the shops and bars on North Street in Southville are really close as well.. There’s a big supermarket and shops nearby making everything really convenient. There’s a bus stop just around the corner (52, 75, 76 and the A1 airport shuttle that takes you to the airport in 15 mins).

- FLAT: The flat is relatively new and well cared for, with stylish modern decor. It's a duplex (1st and 2nd floor with no-one above). The kitchen/living room is downstairs and the two double bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. The flat is semi-furnished (it has all the essentials!) The living room has a sofa, kitchen table, chairs, a desk and drawers, shelving and coffee tables, but no TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all of the usual stuff, plus a few cooking utensils, but no microwave. The flat is strictly no smoking and no pets. There is no allocated parking, but you can apply for a street-parking permit from the council. There is space to lock up bikes downstairs in the communal garage.

- ROOM: The double room available is furnished with a double bed (that lifts up for under-bed storage), bedside table and a clothes rail. The room has a large skylight that lets in a lot of light, but there is no other window.

- RENT: The rent for the room available is £ 500.00 per month. Rent does NOT include bills (council tax, broadband, electric and water). Based on last year’s usage the average monthly cost of bills per tenant was £125. The deposit is one months rent and will be due before move in. This is a private rental so there are no agency fees. The minimum rental is 1 year starting from 1st September 2019.
