Female Professional Housemate

Double room in a 1st floor flat located on Bedminster parade. The room is available from 1st November for 6 or 12 months, but with a view to extending the tenancy if wanted.

The room is a double, and comes unfurnished. It has views over bedminster parade. Double glazed windows. It was repainted last year so is in nice and tidy condition. There is a bathroom across the entrance hall which you mostly get exclusive use of because the other double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

The flat has a good sized kitchen, and large open-plan dining area, living room, wooden floors. It has double doors which can be opened out. There is a TV with sky, broadband wifi.

You will be sharing with one other woman who works locally in Bristol. We are looking for a professional female flatmate.

Rent of £575 is paid monthly in advance of each month. This is inclusive of all bills, council tax, electric, etc. Two references from previous landlords/agents are required. No fees, or agency charges. There is a contract which you would need to sign. The deposit is £575.
