2 rooms are available to rent in this lovely house situated just off North Street.

The 3 bedroom house is fully furnished with a bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and big garden.
Free parking is available.

Room One:
I am going travelling for 4-6 months. (to be confirmed) so I will be renting out this room for the time I am away. It will be left fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe space, chair and mirror. The room has a lovely view right over to the Clifton Suspension bridge.
I will give you a 1 months notice to find new accommodation when I decide to come back.

Room Two:
You can rent this room for however long you like. It is fully furnished with a single bed, mirror and storage space.
*note* chest of drawers aren't in the picture but will be added to the room for extra storage.

Both rooms are very light. (My rubbish camera didn't pick that up!)

The house is located in a safe area with a 30min walk to the centre and a 45 min walk to Temple Meads train station. Alternatively there is a bus stop 2 min walk from the house. The number 24 that takes you directly to the town centre.

There are many supermarkets available such as Aldi (5 min walk), Tesco express (10min walk), Co-op (10 min walk) Sainsbury's (20min walk/5min drive) and Asda (5min drive) .

North Street is a 2 minute walk away which is a great social hub of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, pubs and independent shops,.

There will be another housemate living there. She is a working professional and very friendly. Feel free to use all communal spaces, just please stay tidy! :)
