I'm a 37 year professional easy going man looking for a new flatmate.

My (now ex) housemate has moved out and the room is already available. It's a huge and bright double bedroom, with a bed frame, a bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. When I moved in the place was newly renovated and it's still in perfect conditions.

I would like to share with a like minded, tidy, clean and sociable male professional who respects other people's space.

The rent is £625 but it does not include utility bills, council tax and broadband. All included, it easily go up to £750. I'm happy to answer your enquiries and/or arrange viewings.
