Double room bedminster

My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to fill her room. The flat is in the squires/Doudney court building in bedminster so close to the centre, north street and the train station. The flat is on the back of the building away from the road so very quiet.
It’s a 2 bed flat and the room is a double. The flat comes unfurnished but if you need bedroom furniture my housemate is looking to sell some of her furniture.
There is an open plan living kitchen area with a small balcony and a decent storage cupboard in the hallway. There is one bathroom.
You’ll be sharing with me, I’m Beccy and I’m a civil engineer. I enjoy hanging out with friends, dancing (not very well), baking, travelling but also enjoy just chilling out at home.
I’m looking to share with someone who is up for having a chat in the evenings after work and maybe going out for a drink occasionally but also happy to do their own thing.

The boring bit
Bills are not included in the price they are an additional £130 a month including electric, council tax, water, broadband and tv license.
The letting agent has stipulated professionals only, no students.
The general tenancy referencing stuff applies.
