Flatmate needed for a two bedroom ground floor flat on Chessle Street in the Bedminster / Southville area. Current flat mate has had a change of circumstances so is moving on, I am looking for a replacement starting December.
About the flat: The flat is newly refurbished and clean. It is a ground floor flat with access to a decently sized garden which is great in the warmer months. It is really close to many transport routes, a short walk into town and has on street parking.
About me: I am male in my 30s and run my own business. My interests include music, sport (football) and films. I want to stay in the flat for another 6 months then reassess, so this could be great for someone looking for the short term, but maybe longer depending on how it goes.
About you: An easy-going professional in full-time work, who is clean and tidy. If you’re about the party life this isn’t the place for you (in terms of space and keeping everything clean it wouldn’t work).
About the tenancy: this would initially be a 6-month contract and then it would be rolling after that. The rent is £500 per month and bills work out at approx £120 (including council tax). Deposit is one month's rent. Private landlord.
The property is unfurnished so you would need to provide your own bed, I have all kitchen stuff including appliances and utensils, so you wouldn’t need any of that.
