Double room for rent in Bedminster

THE FLAT: Light and airy fully furnished double bedroom available from 2 February 2020 in my spacious two bed flat which has recently been redecorated throughout. The flat is really well located in Bedminster. It is only 10 minutes or so walk from North Street, the Harbourside, Bristol City Centre and Victoria Park. ASDA Bedminster is less than a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available by applying for a permit from the Council.

THE ROOM: The available bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. There is also plenty of space under the bed for storage boxes. There is currently a TV in the room but this can be removed if not needed.

COSTS: The cost of the room is £500 per month plus bills which I approximate to come to £135 per month (I can provide a breakdown if needed). This is inclusive of Electricity, Water and Sewerage, Council Tax, Superfast Fibre Broadband, and TV Licence. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available to use without charge.

ABOUT ME: I am a 31 year old Engineer working in Filton. I am a courteous and tidy person and I enjoy a range of hobbies including kickboxing (which I attend at the local martial arts gym across the road) as well as gaming (adventure games on Xbox mainly) and watching films and series. I like to think I’m easy to get along with and can respect other’s space.
