Double Bed Near Windmill Hill In A House Share

I'm devastated to be leaving this great house share at the top of Windmill Hill in the middle of February. This room is ideal for a postgraduate or professional couple or single person in a house share with 3 other couples and 2 singles.
The house is a large townhouse comprising of 4 floors so it's really spread out and quiet. All bills are included in the rent and parking is available on street with no permit required. We are lucky to have a nice low maintenance garden with beautiful views all over Bristol and we can even see the suspension bridge. There's 4 bathrooms spread out across the house and everyone works and eats at different times and so I've never had to wait to cook.
The other tenants are postgraduate students or working professionals and are the loveliest bunch of people you'll ever meet. We're all sociable and enjoy chatting while we're cooking dinner but also happy to have our own space.
Asda, Lidl and North Street are all just a short walk away from the house and there's a pub at the end of the road we go to quite frequently. The centre is about a 30 minute walk and the BRI and hospitals are a 35 min walk away. Temple meads is about a 20 minute walk. The room is available on the 12th of Feb until October 2020, but the landlord would be happy to renew the contract if you wanted to stay longer..
The landlord lives locally and is great at replying to emails at actioning any concerns we have. The successful tenant will meet with him to sign the contract.
