Double room in professional & friendly house share

A spare room in a house of 5 other girls, looking for a replacement as I am moving out.

Double room in a recently refurbished house available from the 15/03/2020. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Garden/patio area which is great for drinks in the summer :)

The monthly rent is £620 which includes all bills/council tax and WIFI, as well as bi-weekly cleaner and all household amenities (dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, bleach, hand wash and dish washer liquid)

The house has two bathrooms and a living room, and also comes with:
-a dishwasher
-washing machine
-tumble dryer
-off street parking available

All 5 girls work 9-5, and are very friendly so another sociable, clean and tidy girl would fit in well here :)
