Small double unfurnished en suite bedroom

**I'll begin responding to messages & organising meets / viewings the week commencing 2nd August**

The Room -
It's a small en suite double bedroom, and will come unfurnished. It's a lovely cosy room at the front of the house & can fit plenty of furniture in. It has an en suite shower room inside & a large deep built in cupboard.

The House -
The home is a 2 double bedroom house in Bedminster with an open plan living area downstairs. I’ve kitted it out with furniture when I moved in 2.5 years ago however I’m more than happy to shuffle things about to accommodate anything extra. There’s a little outside storage space which could house a bike.
The kitchen was fully refitted in Spring '21 :)

Me -
I’m a 33 year old Software Support Engineer working from home with my 4 year old Cockapoo, Dexter. I’m really into hiking, camping, music, comic books & crafts. On weeknights I’m usually binging a TV series, & cooking some delicious food (more than happy to cook for others, too!). Weekends are usually spent out hiking & camping if the weather isn’t too bad!

What we’re looking for -
The house is a compact 2 up 2 down, so it would be awesome to live with someone who’s a little social & enjoys sharing meals, or watching some trash on TV on weeknights with a glass of wine. Equally I’m all for time-out so more than happy with someone that wants an equal measure of space / downtime. 
I like to take care of the house & keep on top of the gardening when I can, so someone who’s happy to chip in with housework and the odd gardening here & there would be great! 

I’m generally a really chatty & positive person and would really love to live with someone similar.



RE: Covid I tend to stick to whatever the gov guidance is at the time, although still remaining conscious of it being a small shared space. So someone with a similar mindset would be ace. This isn’t a party-house, but equally not a covid doomsday bunker! :)

The boring bits -
The house is on a joint 6 month AST initially which goes into a 2 month rolling contract. So would be suitable for someone looking to sign a 6 month AST at least.
The rent for the front room is £452.50 + bills which come to around £150 each month.

I will have to check with the landlord regarding potentially having a second dog in the property - however please note cats will not be suitable.
