Double bedroom in Bedminster (with big balcony!)

Hi!

We're looking for a lovely new tenant to take our available room from mid February. We're a sociable house and would love someone who would enjoy hanging out with us. We like playing boardgames, and weather permitting having BBQs on the balcony and having a drink in the sun!

The Details:

Double bedroom in Bedminster with two other tenants. Two bathrooms, large open plan living area/kitchen and very large balcony. House is fully furnished but bedroom comes unfurnished.

We're situated a 15min walk from the the hippodrome in town centre and a 10/15min walk from Temple Meads.

Bills work out as approx £120 a month. We have fully kited kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

We also have very fast broadband (essential in these times!). We are happy to arrange a remote viewing if you are interested. Also I cannot stress how big this balcony is...
