Hello!

Great sized room, which easily fits a double bed and other furniture, available in shared house. Double bed available if needed!
Situated just off North Street in a chilled out area. Room has just been decorated, so is in great condition.
The large double room is in the attic floor with above other two bedrooms and the bathroom on a quiet street off North Street.
Previous flatmate is moving into her own place, hence why room is becoming available.
Our street is quiet, but a minute's walk from the bustle of North Street's pubs and restaurants. It's a 25 minute walk into the city centre or a 10/15 minute cycle. There are great bus links (24, 75/76) and the train station is near. An added bonus is the shuttle bus to the airport is nearby - holidays, made easy.

You'll be moving in with Dan, 37, and me, Cat, 40. My wild party days may be pretty much behind me, but I do like going out now and again, and having a tea and natter in the lounge. It's a home that's been created, so we do want to make sure the 3 of us enjoy time together.
We are looking for someone of a similar age who is housetrained and knows how to tidy up after themselves. We aen't ya mother ;) Haha!
We are a fun, respectful and easy going household, and that's all we ask for in return.
Hoping to find someone in their 30's/40's male or female, to get with, sometimes socialise together and eat together, but we have our separate lives.

The room is unfurnished. Bed available.
The house is really nice with a lounge with two sofas, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, small patio at the back with herb garden for your enjoyment, dishwasher and we even have a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks. That be fancy!
There is bike parking out the back and free parking on the street outside.

The landlord has put it down to £460 with the pandemic, the rent will stay at this for at least next 6 months and if it increases it will do so gradually. He'll require One month's deposit, no agency fees. The landlord is a top bloke, and we all know how hard they are to find! The bills are £125 a month.
This includes the cleaner, WiFi and my lovely house plants. Bargain!!

We are hoping the find someone planning on staying long term: at least 12 months, lease is 6, and is easy going. No couples, or pets and no smoking in the house. Also someone considerate of normal sleeping times for people working 9-to-5s, occasionally Saturdays.
