Hi, we're housemates Vicky and Matthew and we are looking for a tidy and easy-going person to share with us.
The room is a large, part furnished double with a bay windows and a beautiful view. The house is a 30s terrace with lots of light, space and storage. It’s been recently completely refurbished and is neutrally decorated and well maintained with new carpets and fresh paint throughout. The house is fully double glazed, has gas central heating and a new boiler. It’s located on a quiet residential street near to Parson Street railway station and on the 75/76/ M1 and Airport bus routes so a great location for travelling into town or for connecting to the M5 and the airport. It’s about 15 mins walk from both North Street and the Sainsbury’s on Winterstoke road.
Downstairs the house has a huge kitchen, newly fitted, with stone worktops, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher and an adjoining sitting room/ living space with laminate floors fitted throughout and a set of patio doors looking out to the (slightly untidy) garden - so if you are interested in gardening you are most welcome to get involved with it! Currently raspberries and gooseberries grow but I am sure more talented gardeners would get a much better crop.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a newly refurbished bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Parking is on-street here which is maybe not ideal but we are outside the RPZ zone and there is always a space to be found even if it is slightly along the road.
The room is are available now and comes with all the furniture shown in the photos. Monday to Friday lets are also an option– please get in touch if this is what you are looking for. However, we can’t offer the rooms to full time students or couples and would be looking for working professionals only.
Rent is £575 per calendar month with a month’s rent as deposit, and The rent includes all bills and Virgin superfast broadband. There are no agency fees.
