Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a easy going, sociable new addition to the house. We like to keep the house feeling clean and homely. Ideally we would like someone who works a similar 9-5 shift pattern to us, who is up for sometimes socialising but equally enjoys their own space. Every once in a while we get together and go for a drink or the occasional comedy gig all together and would love someone who would be up for joining. We previously had a houseshare with a lovely guy and would be keen to replicate that dynamic but we are open to people of all genders.

The house is situated in a quiet residential road in a great location. North Street (20 min walk), City Centre (35 min walk), Bedminster train station (10 min walk) Bristol Temple Meads Station (35 min walk). There is also a bus stop at the end of the road with regular buses to the centre.
Minimum contract of 6 months, no smokers, couples or pets. LGBTQ+ friendly.
