Looking for 2 professionals to join current tenants Daisy, 23 and Harry, 21 who have both just finished their degrees and are now working in Bristol. Daisy has lived in the house for the last 3 years whilst studying and Harry has recently moved in after studying in Aberystwyth. They're keen to share with friendly people who are happy to spend some time together but also maintain independence.
The house is well-kept and cosy with 3 doubles upstairs and 1 down (which is Daisy's). Shared kitchen, living room and garden (no grass to mow!), upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. Separate washing machine and drier. Rent £500 pcm which includes gas, electric, water and broadband. Council tax not included which works out at £35 a month with 4 people sharing the house.
