The bedrooms are large enough for a double bed, but are only available for a single person to rent, due to not wanting to over crowd the house.

There is a separate downstairs toilet/utility room as well as a shared family bathroom on the first floor.

The property has a large kitchen, separate sitting room, garden, free on street parking, storage shed and is about 30 mins walk to the centre. There is a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

The property has recently had a full refurbishment. All rooms are available on a fully furnished basis(bed base, mattress, wardrobe, desk) or can be left part furnished/unfurnished as you need.

You will need to be working to rent this property. We perform credit checks and require references from all tenants, but will help you with this process. Should you be on a low income, we can process a suitable person to be a guarantor to ensure you can rent from us.
