Room for rent

Looking for a tidy housemate who is outgoing and empathetic to others needs with others living in a shared house.

Would like someone who is willing to work together as a unit so everyone is happy living together.

We follow a cleaning rota so this must be adhered too.

Must pay bills on time. Bills on top of rent is around £80/90 per month. This increases and decreases due to weather due to heating costs.

Very fast internet.

House is very close to Victoria park which is very nice in the summer.

I am a creative person working in audio but I will endeavour for this to not disturb you.

I've had no an issues with previous housemates before but this however major part of my life so bare that in mind if you require a silent house this room might not be for you.
