Big double in a chilled household

So we have a large newly decorated and carpeted room available in a creative, chilled household. There's a shared living room, a spacious garden which gets the sun for most of the day, quite a big kitchen. We're located close to shops (Aldi!) and a park.
We're 3 males, pretty creative be it music or art, laid back. Ideally were looking for a female just to ballance it out slightly.
Ummm yeah so that's about all I can think of right now. Oh bills come in at about £80 a month
