Double Room For Couple In House In Bedminster!

Hello we are Daisy (she/her) and Lawrence (he/him). The couple that we live we are moving out so we are looking for a brand spanking new couple to move in!

The Room:
The room is a large double that has a huge sliding wardrobe with plenty of storage (see pics) and the bed and furnishings are available at a small extra cost if you were interested!

The House:
The house is semi-detached in the lovely Bedminster area a stones throw away from Victoria Park. There are 2 double rooms (one is currently being used to store things and as a work room), a loft room (where we currently sleep) and a small box room for chilling. The kitchen and dining/front room is all open plan that leads out to a south facing garden (the dream!). There is one shared bathroom but this has never been an issue in the two years we have been here.

As a household we are required to cover £1400 for rent. This works out to be £350+ bills. Generally it ends up being about £420-£440 with everything included (per person).

About us:
We met at UWE completing our teacher training and decided to stay in Bristol. We have lived together for 2 years and been together for 3. Lawrence is a teacher and Daisy currently sells vintage clothes and is about to start a job at Red Point climbing centre.

We’re laid back people who love music, chilling and watching some good TV/films (Breaking bad and Pose have been our favourites! Oh and of course the US Office). We are pretty quiet in the week but enjoy having a chilled drink and socialising on the weekends. We are big foodies and eat vegan and veggie. We like to keep the house clean and it is really important to us that we all share cleaning responsibilities. We’re looking for a like minded, conscious and considerate professional couple to take the other room. Please feel free to ask any questions or to see any more pictures!
