Double room plus office in terraced house

Hello my name is Jon, I currently have a double bedroom and downstairs room available from February in well maintained house in Bedminster.

The bedroom is situated at the back of the house with a view onto the back garden. It is currently furnished with a small double bed with a new mattress and large wardrobe.

There is also a room available downstairs which can be used as an office if needed. The only current furniture it has is a wardrobe. There is also a large boarded loft to store things.

All bills are included, along with internet, Netflix, Prime and Now tv subscriptions.

It is less than a 1 minute walk from North Street with its great pubs and restaurants.

Temple Meads and the Centre are a 10 minute cycle or 30 minute walk away. Free on street parking is also available.

I am working at home at the moment but will hopefully start returning to the office in the next few months for part of the week.

I am looking for someone 28 - 35, who works regular hours, is clean and tidy, is easy going but up for a laugh every now and then.
