1 double room available in well-loved home

Hey there!

I'm a veggie, green fingered and pretty chilled 30-something living in Bedminster who owns the house but sadly because of my job I'm having to move city therefore I'm putting my room up for rent. I already live with a lodger, Alex, who's a really nice guy and will be staying (see below for his intro).

*The House*
Photos show you most things but there is a year-old electric shower and separate bathroom downstairs, space to park bikes inside and there is free parking on the road but you aren't always guaranteed a spot directly outside of the house as it gets busy. The garden is really nice and there's space in the veg patch for some veggies if you're green fingered :) There is also a loft for larger items.

*The Room*
It's a big double with lots of lovely sunshine in the morning. It has tons of built in storage, I can fit nearly all my possessions in it! It has a king sized bed with a 6 month old mattress on it.

*Area*
It's a great location - quiet road with some friendly neighbours, 2 min walk to local nisa/co-op, 8min walk to Lidl, 15min walk to lower end of North Street and roughly half an hour into town. On the M1 bus route and others into town. 7 min walk to Parson Street station that goes into Temple Meads, Clifton and Weston.

*Current Housemate*
Hiya! I'm Alex - a 28m Librarian from the Cotswolds. I've been here a little over a year and it's a very nice space. My hobbies obviously include reading, as well as crochet, running, and going on walks with my camera. I'm very easy going and fairly quiet so can probably get on with anyone really. Also sadly a veggie.

*Bills*
Bills aren't included, Council Tax Band B
