Short term let - room available

Hi there

My name is Lara. I’m a 37 year old Occupational Therapist, currently working on a Mental Health Ward in Bath. I’m looking for someone who wants to rent a room on a short term basis. Minimum term 1 week, max term 3 months.

I am friendly and always up for socialising and watching TV/eating nice food in the evening. At the weekends I like going on hikes, wild swimming, visit family and socialising with friends.

In the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, fancy oven (way too fancy for my abilities) and a large fridge freezer. I have all the pots, pans, kitchen bits so don’t worry if you have none. Although I’m sure there’ll be space if you have bits you like to use. Otherwise, I have loft space. The garden is south facing and has a little pond (it has newts in so I haven’t the heart to get rid of it) and a shed. The spare room has a king bed (with bedding), a clothes pole, a large chest of drawers, smaller drawers and a rug. I like the communal space clean and tidy so hopefully you do too. I have a cleaner who comes in once a month to ensure it’s nice and tidy, but would appreciate keeping on top of it. I’m always keen to make the place as nice as possible so there might be the occasional works going on (but I’ll give you full heads up on this).

There is ample free parking on the street outside of the property.
