Furnished double room in 4 bed with gym

Two of my house mates have recently moved out so I have two rooms available.

The house is in Ashton, BS3 2AW. Not bedminster.

This listing is for a double furnished room which has been recently decorated and furnished. It also has a brand new 32 inch smart tv with access to Netlfix, Disney and Prime.

The room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a small bedside cabinet. I am open to putting something else in there if you require a desk for example.

The bed is a leather upholstered double and has a firm mattress, and has Egyptian cotton bedsheets.

There is a black out blind and curtains. The room is at the back of the property and over looks the outside terrace and gym.

The location is perfect, you have the bars, pubs, takeaway, restaurants, banks, and shops of North st 2 minutes away. You have Greville smyth park 1 minute away. You have Ashton court 10-15 minutes by foot. You can walk around the harbour and be in the city centre in about 20-25 minute by foot. You have an Aldi or Sainsbury's within 5-12 minutes by foot.

I enjoy being around people who are ambitious, hard working, respectful, outgoing and fun.

I have no preference as to male or female.

If you fit the above criteria, I'm sure we'll get along.

A little about me, I am a personal trainer of 15 years and run fitness/strength sessions in my gym here at the property and also at Ashton park school sports centre in the evenings. In the day time I do 1-2-1 clients and run online nutrition programs.

My biggest passion is mountain biking and I go off to Wales most weekends to ride downhill bike parks.

The house doesn't have much storage space, but there is some loft space if you need it.

You'll be able to use the gym. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

I'd expect you to share the cleaning with me and the other housemates.
