Room available in a neat, friendly house with 3 professional guys. Smallish room, but sizeable 3 storey house.
Nice bathroom with bath and good water pressure. Gas cooker in kitchen and a garden out the back. Garden is mostly concrete, good for bbqs. Sizable living room and kitchen. Built in washing machine, 2 fridges, freezer and wine fridges. No dryer, but drying space available in the utility room. Council tax Band B.
Friendly household with good social atmosphere, but rare/ infrequent parties. Pretty communal house, we go on walks, cycles and for drinks together, but like our own space too. All here are working full time.
Location is 5 minute walk from the Bedminster train station, 10 minute walk to Bedminster Parade for the bus links. 15 minute cycle into town, 20-25 minute walk.
Preferred flatmate would be neat and tidy, happy to socialise but has their own things going on. No preference on gender or background. Were all pretty chill, and its not a 'lads' house. .
