Double Room On North Street

Unfurnished double room - available immediately.

I have a double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom property on the lovely North Street. The room is unfurnished but does come with a 55 inch smart TV! The room is a decent size with plenty of room for a bed, wardrobe and desk. It is situated at the rear of the property so is peaceful and enjoys a view out into the garden. Across the landing is the shared bathroom, with an over-bath shower. The third bedroom is setup as a guest bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

Downstairs, we have a nice bright living room area with a fantastic TV, Sky Q, Xbox and VR headset as well as a large L-shaped sofa. The kitchen is fully kitted out with enough pots, pans and gadgets to chef up a storm. It also has a cute little coffee bar to enjoy a plate or drink at.

Outside is a lovely garden, split between grass and decking, there's ample room for a BBQ or some friends in the hot tub. (The picture of the garden is about a year old as it's raining today)

You'll be sharing the house with me, a 31 year old guy, and my dog. We're both quite laid back, love a pint at a local and enjoy F1 on the weekends. Unfortunately, no other pets will be considered.

I'm ideally looking for a relaxed and mature person who enjoys a tidy space and a good laugh! Bonus points if you want to watch F1 together! The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom and unfortunately there is no bicycle storage inside the house.

All bills included in the rent price except for energy (gas and electric) that will be based on usage.
