Lovely Single Or Double Room Available All Inclus

Lovely single OR Double available. All inclusive of absolutely everything including all bills; wireless broadband, laundry facilities, garden etc etc. It also includes a help yourself breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit that sort of thing) and a good evening meal. Its walking distance to the city centre and on the main bus route (bus stop just opposite the house) and close to temple meads. Its a friendly house, clean & warm and everyone gets along. Fully furnished, chest of drawers, wardrobe, french windows and has a super lovely comfortable bed (all bedding provided)and desk. Double has chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and a lovely bay window with a comfortable bed. Would be preferable if liked cats as we have two lovely gentle ones. Student or language assistant, someone in training preferred. Would consider mon-fri, and a very short term requirement. Recommendations can be provided.
