About me:
Hi my names Robyn, I work in Bath in the mental health sector.
I am very chilled, enjoy art, music, film, hiking, fitness, cycling (road bike) and lots of other sports. I have a camper van and like to explore and have fun.
I have been living here since I moved to Bristol 2010, its an amazing location and a very nice house.
About you:
Looking for someone also chilled and into being bit more green, social and also happy to do their own thing.
Up for going for coffee or occasional drink or doing some activities together but its not essential, just need to get on and respect each other.
You would be clean and conscientious and contribute to the whole house.
Ideally you would want to stay longer than 6 months preferably a year or more.
Would value quiet at nights for sleeping / work etc.
The room -
is unfurnished. There is ample space for a double bed and desk. A spare double bed and mattress is available if wanted.

It's a two person house share.
6 month tenancy agreement minimum, very nice landlords always gets things fixed on time.
I keep clean well and would expect other people moving in to as well.
About the house.
Its has bags of character, is clean and well kept. Has loads of storage/living space
•Large Kitchen (with extension) washing machine, dishwasher, electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer etc
New tenants would be very welcome with their own furniture and possessions, might have to look into what we can fit but I can move some of my stuff and there is storage etc. The room is unfurnished and there is ample space for a double bed as well as desk.
•Lovely Living room/lounge
•2 large double bedroom,
(The room for rent is light, has own fire place, shelves, wooden floor boards, very quiet)
•Spare room downstairs - for guests, (no sub-letting) or as a study study, spare bed.
•Attractive period features, plaster architraves and busts as you walk through doors.
•Open plan kitchen/dinning area with sofas space for bikes
•Large bathroom with Bath and shower, bathroom cabinets
•Central heating, maintained boiler, service plan. (EPC available on request)
•Well insulated (I use Eco energy supplier)
•Carbon Monoxide alarms, smoke alarms, PAT tested/ Gas/ Electrical tested recently.
•Easy Parking on Street - parking permit available £16 three months.
•Cul-de-sac, pleasant and interesting surrounding buildings, front of house does not directly face other houses so good privacy, good light and very low noise levels.
•We have a Sunny Garden, with a washing line, bench, space for sun loungers and a growing area.

Bristol to Bath cycle path can get you safely to Bath in an hour depending on your legs!
