Looking for a Monday to Friday lodger only, e. g. someone who is commuting to Bristol to work or study.

Room is newly decorated and furnished with 4ft bed, usual storage and desk for work etc plus room to put down a yoga mat.

Victorian Terrace house in a quiet backstreet near the bars, restaurants and shops on North Street Bedminster.

Good bus routes to centre and north of city start 2mins and 10mins walk away, walking to centre 35mins or so.

Sharing dining room, kitchen and bathroom with landlady and cat. The garden is available for relaxing, bike storage, hanging out washing.

I'm a self employed gardener and model maker, incapable of holding conversations about sport, reality TV or celebrities, but generally sociable and like having people around.

Rent includes all bills and linen.
