Monday to Friday En-suite double in BS3

My Monday to Friday lodger is moving out on 15th November so my spare room will soon be available again. It is a large, furnished double with an en-suite shower room and its own TV.

The rent is £500 per month (inc all bills) and includes a weekly cleaner who changes the sheets and towels, which are provided and were all new last year.

I have a three bedroom new build terraced house and you would be sharing with me and my two friendly cats. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge and a cupboard for your sole use. There is also a shared sitting room. I have a small garden and a garage with a little storage room available should you need it. There is plenty of room for a bike.

There is free on street parking in the area (not in a residents' parking area) and it is a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads or 15 minutes to the Harbourside area.

The room is available on a Monday to Friday basis; Sunday evening arrival is fine. I am a busy working professional and I am often out and about during the week.
