The room is fully furnished. Shared kitchen and lounge. Kitchen has the essentials including washing machine and tumble dryer.

I am completing a refurbishment of the bathroom, (only a week left to go from this date) so when it's time to move in, the bathroom will be brand spanking new.

There is on street parking available.

We are both clean, sociable people and we respect each other's space. Looking for like minded people who will treat the house as a home.
