20 minutes by foot or 10 mins by bus. It is also offers easy and direct access to the airport. The house comes with secure bike storage facilities with separate access to the side. There is a garden with large deck area to the rear.

Room is a large double and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and built in shelving, the room has a TV point, as well as curtains. The room will be fully redecorated in neutral colours and includes blinds prior to the room being let.

There are local shops and amenities within a 5 minute walk.

Rent: £565.00 per month, including all bills and wifi. We individually chip in £10 every two months for house products which I'll arrange for the household.

Myself and my other lodger are both very easy going and enjoy a drink from time to time and hanging out. We individually work in hospitality. Another likeminded person to join the household would be lovely.
